If something in a company's public profile looks wrong, you can ask us to look into it. This is a straightforward query about the register data behind a score, not a formal complaints process, and it is open to anyone, not just claimed account holders.
How to submit a query
Use the score data query form. You will need the company number, an email address for us to reply to, and a description of what you think is wrong. It is free and does not require an account.
What happens next
- We log your query against the company profile you named.
- Our team reviews the register data behind that profile.
- We reply to your email with the outcome, normally within a few working days.
We only use the email address you provide to respond to your query.
