The Lender Hub
The shared view of every deal for your whole team, without needing the API.
The Lender Hub is the web-based home for your lane: every deal referred to you, in one place, for anyone on your team to work without touching the API or email at all.
What it shows
A live list of your deals with their current status, and, opening one, the full picture: business and financial details, the client conversation, any documents received, and the offers your team has already put in front of the client.
What you can do from it
- Update a deal's status, see The reply-with-a-status workflow.
- Submit an indicative or firm offer.
- Message the client directly, including asking for a specific document, see Requesting documents from a client.
- Create and manage API keys, under Team then API keys, if part of your team wants to integrate instead.
Signing in
Access is by invitation from your organisation's admin. Once you are in, everything you do in the Hub lands in the same record as an email reply or an API call, so your team can mix channels freely.
