How your data is handled
What we do with the information in your funding request.
The details in your funding request, your business information, financial details and any documents you upload, are used to match you with relevant funding partners and to let them assess your request. They are handled securely and shared only with the partners actually reviewing your request, not broadcast more widely.
Documents
Uploads such as bank statements go through a secure upload flow tied to your specific request, and reach only the funding partners currently reviewing it. If a lender asks for a specific item, your upload is routed to that item alone rather than shared as a general file.
Your account and sign-in
Signing in uses a one-time secure link sent to your email address rather than a password, so there is no password for anyone to guess or leak. Sessions are scoped to your own device and expire automatically after a period of time.
The Business Credit Score
Looking at, searching for or claiming a company never touches that company's credit file or leaves any search footprint. Claiming your own company is a separate, deliberate step, and it only unlocks information about the company you have verified belongs to you.
