Uploading bank statements

File limits, what we ask for, and where it goes.

Bank statements are the single most useful document you can add to a request. They are what turns provisional, indicative figures into stronger, firmer offers.

What to upload

Upload one export covering your last six months. Every UK business bank account can produce this as a single PDF for a chosen date range, from your online banking or app, so you do not need to hunt down six separate monthly statements. If your bank only offers monthly PDFs, that works too, up to six files.

How to upload

From your account, drag your file onto the upload area or use the file picker. The upload is secure and tied to your specific request.

Where it goes

Upload once, we distribute it to the right lenders for you, no sending the same file ten times. One upload reaches every funding partner currently reviewing your request, even if several lenders are looking at your case at the same time.

If a specific lender has asked for statements as a typed document request (rather than the general upload), use that checklist item instead so it is routed and tracked correctly, see Why a lender asked for more documents.
