Managing your subscription
Plans, upgrading, downgrading, and cancelling.
If you have claimed a company for the Business Credit Score, your account includes a billing section for the optional paid tiers, Monitor and Monitor+. This is available for UK companies today.
Plans

| Monitor | Every score factor unlocked, with an alert email whenever your grade changes. |
| Monitor+ | Everything in Monitor, plus an action plan and a monthly allowance of checks on other UK companies. |
Upgrading
Moving from Free to a paid plan opens a secure checkout to add a payment method. Once you are on a paid plan, switching to a different paid plan (for example Monitor to Monitor+) applies immediately, with billing adjusted automatically for the part of the period already used, no separate checkout needed.
Cancelling
Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period, not immediately: you keep every feature of your plan until then, and your account will clearly show the date it ends. You can keep using your account as normal in the meantime, and you can get back in touch if you change your mind before it lapses.
