Monitor alerts

What triggers an alert email, and what it tells you.

Once you have claimed a company, Capvant watches it for you and emails you when something meaningful changes.

What triggers an alert

Alerts fire only when the company's risk grade changes, for example moving from Moderate risk to Elevated risk, not on every small movement in the underlying number. This keeps alerts meaningful rather than noisy.

What the email tells you

The alert shows the previous grade and the new one, along with the same independence disclaimer shown throughout the score product: it is Capvant's own assessment, not a credit reference agency score, and it may differ from what an individual lender uses.

Who gets alerts

Claiming a company switches on alerts for it automatically, there is nothing extra to set up. Free-tier claims still receive grade-change alerts; Monitor and Monitor+ add full visibility into every factor behind the change, see Score factors.
