How commission works
Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers, and when you get paid.
You earn a share of Capvant's lending commission on every referral that funds. There is nothing to negotiate, and no cap on what you can earn.
Tiers
| Tier | Commission | Funded deals per year |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 10% | Where every partner starts |
| Silver | 15% | 3 or more |
| Gold | 20% | 6 or more |
Your tier is based on funded deals over the trailing 12 months and upgrades automatically as you refer more, there is nothing to apply for or ask about, and nothing drops your rate mid-year either. As older funded deals roll out of the 12-month window, your tier is simply recalculated on what is left.
When you get paid
Commission is attributed to the specific referral that earned it and becomes payable once that deal funds, not when it is first referred or matched. Statements, funded amounts and your full payout history are all available in your partner portal, so you always know exactly what is owed and why.
Why tiers exist
The tiers reward partners who send steady volume without punishing anyone for a quiet quarter, your tier reflects a rolling year, not a single month. A partner sending one or two good referrals a year is welcome at Bronze; a partner sending a steady stream naturally works up to Silver and then Gold as their referrals fund.
