Denmark
What we ask for in Denmark, and why.
Requests from this country are accepted today.
What we ask
We ask for your company name and find your business in the register. If you know your cvr number (for example 25313763) you can enter it instead. Requests are made in EUR. Phone numbers are taken in the international format, for example +45 20 12 34 56.
What the register gives us
Your company details are checked against CVR, Erhvervsstyrelsen. What comes back:
| Detail | From the register |

| Legal form | soon, Needs the credentialed register |
| Status | yes |
| Incorporation date | yes |
| Address | yes |
| Activity codes | soon, DB07 codes need the credentialed register |
| Officers | soon |
| Owners | not published by the register, Beneficial owners are legally gated and never read |
| Accounts | yes, Structured XBRL accounts for every company: revenue, equity, net result |
| Insolvency | partly, From the accounts feed; coded flags need the credentialed register |

Cross checks: VIES: the VAT number is the CVR number; GLEIF where the company has an LEI.
Bank statements
Funding partners in Denmark need 6 months of business bank statements to make a firm offer. Upload them from your account as soon as your request is in; the sooner they are in, the sooner the indicative offers become firm ones.
