Score factors and what moves them
The seven factors behind the score, and what is free vs unlocked.
The score is built from seven factors, each drawn from the public register and weighted by how strongly it tends to relate to risk.
| Factor | Weight |
|---|---|
| Filing punctuality | 25% |
| Accounts disclosure level | 15% |
| Registered charges (security) | 15% |
| Board and director stability | 15% |
| Company age and status | 15% |
| Sector risk profile | 10% |
| Insolvency history | 5% |
What you see for free
Once you have claimed your company, your two most significant factors are shown in full, including which direction they are pulling your score. The rest are summarised only, how many are positive, neutral or negative, without the detail.
What Monitor unlocks
The Monitor and Monitor+ plans unlock every factor in full detail, not just the top two, so you can see everything that is shaping your score. See Managing your subscription.
