Spain
What we ask for in Spain, and why.
Requests from this country are accepted today.
What we ask
We ask for your company name and find your business in the register by name. Requests are made in EUR. Phone numbers are taken in the international format, for example +34 612 345 678.
What the register gives us
Your company details are checked against BORME, the Registro Mercantil gazette. What comes back:
| Detail | From the register |
|---|---|
| Identity | yes, Name, province and registry sheet |
| Legal form | partly, Read from the name suffix (SL, SA) |
| Status | yes, Dissolution, extinction and insolvency replayed from the acts |
| Incorporation date | partly, Companies formed since 2009 |
| Address | partly, Registered office as last published |
| Activity codes | not published by the register, The objeto social as text, no structured code |
| Officers | yes, Appointments and dismissals as an event stream |
| Owners | not published by the register |
| Accounts | not published by the register |
| Insolvency | yes |
| Filings | yes, Every act published in the gazette |
Cross checks: VIES validates the NIF; Spain masks the name and address there.
Bank statements
Funding partners in Spain need 6 months of business bank statements to make a firm offer. Upload them from your account as soon as your request is in; the sooner they are in, the sooner the indicative offers become firm ones.
